JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving high-quality dishes. Cooking will be primarily from scratch. You will prepare and serve meals using high-quality ingredients. 50% of food items are KRAV-certified, organic, MSC-labeled, fair trade, or locally produced. We always choose 100% Swedish meat and meat products. You will work in the Kalls School Kitchen, which serves 55 children in the school and preschool. QUALIFICATIONS • Culinary education • Documented cooking training and HACCP/self-monitoring certification • Knowledge of allergy diets • Good computer skills and fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) • Experience in public catering and working with the MASHIE or similar meal planning software is advantageous We seek a cook who is collaborative, humble, and driven to create quality meals.
