Chef Wanted in the Heart of Gislaved! The client company, Hotell Nissastigen, is run by two Småland girls who believe that meetings and hospitality are the best things in life. The business consists of a hotel, conference facilities, restaurant, bar, and activities. The restaurant serves breakfast, coffee breaks, lunch, dinner, and delightful beverages throughout most hours of the day and evening. Feeling - Engagement - Joy are our guiding principles! Hotell Nissastigen is now looking for an engaged and creative chef for its restaurant! About the Position As a chef with us, you will be responsible for preparing both lunch and à la carte dishes. You will work both independently and as part of a team, carefully planning your shifts and closely collaborating with the head chef and restaurant manager. Your responsibilities will include, among other things: - Cooking in both cold and hot kitchens - Preparation and planning - Service - Cleaning - Self-monitoring and quality assurance Working hours are varied, including days, evenings, and every other weekend. Qualifications - Several years of relevant work experience and/or a multi-year vocational education in the kitchen - Excellent spoken English skills - Good planning abilities, independence, and structure Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in cooking and service, who takes pride in their profession.
