About this role

Do you want to work with quality, environment, and occupational health and safety in a growing company? Lundgren Smide is now looking for a KMA Controller who wants to become a key person in the company's continued development. **About the Position** As a KMA Controller, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and monitoring Lundgren Smide's work in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety. The role includes responsibility for: - Quality management system according to EN 1090. - CE marking and type approval within glass. - Environmental management system according to ISO 14001. - Coordination of occupational health and safety and security work. - Support for project and site managers in projects involving glass, metalwork, and safety products. You will work both operationally in the projects and strategically with long-term system development. As a KMA Controller, you will be involved in various phases of the projects and ensure that requirements are met, documented, and followed up. **Main Responsibilities** **Quality** - Ensure compliance with EN 1090 and applicable industry requirements. - Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and quality documentation. - Drive deviation and improvement work. - Conduct internal and external audits. - Provide support in design, production, and assembly. **Environment** - Drive and develop ISO 14001. - Perform environmental analyses, risk assessments, and legal monitoring. - Prepare for and participate in environmental audits. - Ensure that environmental requirements are met in projects. **Occupational Health and Safety/KMA** - Participate in systematic occupational health and safety work (SAM). - Conduct risk assessments, safety rounds, and follow-ups. - Support the organization with procedures, instructions, and training. - Enhance safety levels within glass and metal production. **Project Support** - Participate in project planning and kick-off meetings. - Follow up on quality and environmental requirements in various phases of the projects. - Provide advice and support to project and site managers. - Liaise with clients, inspectors, and certifiers. **Requirements for Competence and Experience** You have at least two years of work experience in a similar role, where KMA issues have been central. A background in construction, industry, metalwork, or steel production is advantageous.
