About the Role
As a KMA Coordinator with us, you will play a key role in developing and ensuring our work in quality, environment, and workplace safety. You will work operationally, closely with production, management, and project organization. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy driving improvements, following up on routines, and ensuring that we always deliver according to customer and legislative requirements.
Your Main Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor the company's KMA system
• Ensure that the operations comply with ISO standards ISO-9001 and ISO-14001
• Conduct internal audits and lead external audits
• Support managers and employees in KMA-related matters
• Follow up on deviations, analyze causes, and drive improvement actions
• Participate in risk assessments, environmental and workplace safety plans, and training initiatives
• Contribute to sustainability efforts and the company's long-term development goals
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with experience in KMA work within manufacturing, industry, or the construction sector. You are accustomed to working both independently and in teams, and you thrive in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and communication.
We would like you to have:
• Relevant education in quality, environment, workplace safety, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of ISO standards and practical experience with management systems
• Experience from manufacturing or construction-related activities
• Good IT skills and familiarity with documentation
• Commitment, attention to detail, and the ability to inspire others
• Experience in driving an ISO certification is highly meritorious
