About this role

Cluster Manager for Stockholm You will report to Regional Manager Johanna Myllymäki. You will be stationed at one of the inspection stations and expected to regularly visit stations within the cluster. The specific stations included in the cluster have not yet been determined. In addition to vehicle inspections, which comprise approximately 50% of your working time, you will have the following responsibilities: Responsibilities Finance - Participate in cluster budget work in consultation with regional and station managers Sales and Marketing - Responsible for optimizing cluster allocation - Responsible for optimal staffing between stations and clusters - Responsible for optimizing cluster EBITDA - Responsible for cluster budget results (sales) - Participate in cluster pricing optimization and follow-up with regional manager - Participate in local events with station managers - Support and coach station managers in processing and developing sales to corporate customers - Follow up on cluster customer satisfaction - Assist in implementing new products Establishment - Participate in the startup of new stations in the cluster Quality - Support and coach station managers in ongoing quality work - Ensure station managers achieve quality goals Personnel Matters - Support, coach, and follow up with station managers on personnel issues - Responsible for recruitment, introduction, and follow-up of new employees (direct reports) - Responsible for coaching, supporting, and developing employees (direct reports) - Responsible for performance and development discussions, including salary setting (direct reports) - Responsible for driving and maintaining a positive company culture aligned with Carspect's values - Responsible for the work environment of direct reports Who You Are You are an excellent Carspect ambassador, both internally and externally. Good computer skills are required to learn and work with new systems. Previous management experience is mandatory. You must have a valid K1 certificate.
