About this role
We are currently seeking a Clinic Coordinator for Public Dental Care in Åtvidaberg.
We offer a pleasant workplace where employees work at the peak of their competence, combined with on-the-job learning in a large team. The clinic has five treatment rooms in excellent facilities. We regularly collaborate with other clinics, providing opportunities for exchange and learning. The general dentistry clinic is located in the city center, approximately 30 kilometers south of Linköping. Commuting between Linköping and Åtvidaberg is convenient.
Job Description
As a Clinic Coordinator, you will have a central function at the clinic, serving as support for both the clinic manager and employees. Responsibilities include personnel administration/planning, scheduling, purchasing, and general administration. You will act as an employer representative and participate in and drive development and improvement efforts. The role also includes clinical work in your primary professional capacity.
Education and Experience
The position requires education and experience as a dental nurse/dental hygienist. You should have excellent Swedish language skills in both speaking and writing, as you will communicate with patients, colleagues, and other partners. Experience in administrative work and leadership roles or leadership training is considered advantageous.
Personal Characteristics
We are seeking someone who is structured, meticulous, and service-oriented. You should be accommodating and have an interest and ability to help and support others. We want someone with good collaboration skills who can also work independently and take initiative. You should be able to prioritize and view the operation from a holistic perspective. Personal suitability will be given significant weight.
Employment and Information
This is a time-limited four-year appointment with a permanent position in your primary professional capacity. Start date to be determined by agreement.
