As a Clinic Coordinator at Folktandvården Oskarshamn, you will work under the leadership of the clinic manager and serve as their management support. In this role, you will assist the clinic manager with administrative tasks at the clinic, which includes personnel administration/planning, reporting, scheduling, and system management. You will act as an employer representative and participate in change and quality initiatives alongside the clinic manager. The position may also involve clinical work. This is a permanent position, but a probationary period may apply.
As a new employee with us, you will be offered the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive orientation program. You will first be introduced at your clinic, followed by engaging lectures. This ensures that you, as a new employee, gain a good insight into the operations and have the opportunity to network with colleagues throughout the county. As a Clinic Coordinator, you will also receive relevant training for the position.

You have an interest in personnel administration and organizational issues. Experience in a supervisory role is an advantage. Knowledge of the software programs T4, Heroma, and the Office Suite is desirable.
It is a requirement to have an education in dental care. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
