Become part of something greater. Welcome to Folktandvården! About us Folktandvården Uddevalla City/Ljungskile consists of two clinics, one in Uddevalla and one in Ljungskile. We have approximately 35 employees in total. Both clinics are modern and centrally located. The Uddevalla clinic is open from 7 AM to 7 PM Monday to Thursday and from 7:30 AM to 4 PM on Fridays. The Ljungskile clinic is currently a daytime clinic open from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, and you are expected to be able to work at both clinics. We work in a positive spirit where teamwork and the development of the organization are natural components. We welcome students from dental hygiene and dental assistant programs, as well as seasonal workers. Folktandvården Uddevalla City/Ljungskile is one of Folktandvården's research and development clinics and is involved in several research projects. The clinic is located near the Specialist Center in Uddevalla and the Oral Surgery Department at NÄL. Emergency dental care operates at the clinic every weekend and on public holidays. Uddevalla and Ljungskile are close to the sea, forests, and lakes while also providing good communication links to the offerings of the big city. With natural integrity and loyalty, you will support the clinic manager in leading and developing the organization and actively work towards achieving goals in accordance with the clinic contract and other governing documents. You will be the daily leader of the clinic. Examples of responsibilities: - Manage staffing issues, appointment scheduling, and reporting in Heroma. - Be responsible for scheduling and managing absences. - Actively support the clinic manager in change management, operations, personnel, and finances. - Provide daily leadership. - Participate in the introduction and development of employees and students. - Contribute to systematic workplace safety efforts. - Contribute to the development of the organization by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work. - Support the implementation and follow-up of various projects and systems. - Continue collaboration with nearby clinics to promote common goals. Qualifications We would like you to have: - A qualification as a dental assistant, dental hygienist, or other relevant education. - Experience working within Folktandvården or a similar healthcare organization. - Strong organizational skills and a structured approach. - Good communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. - A contribution to collaboration, cooperation, and a safe and developing work environment. - The ability to set norms based on the organization's values. - The capability to handle changing circumstances, new demands, and unexpected situations with a solution-oriented approach. Interviews will take place on Monday, December 15, 2025, at the clinic. Folktandvården conducts checks in the Police's suspicion and criminal records before making a hiring decision.
