The Orthodontic Clinic in Gothenburg is a large clinic with approximately 50 employees and 12 training positions for national and international specialist training for dentists. The clinic is located at Odontologen together with other specialist clinics in the area. Job Responsibilities As a Clinic Coordinator, you are the clinic manager's management support and part of the clinic management, which means you are an employer representative. With natural integrity, you will loyally support the clinic manager in their mission to lead and develop the operation and actively work towards goal achievement in accordance with the clinic contract and other guiding documents. The clinic coordinator role also involves participating in the clinic's clinical work. Other examples of the clinic coordinator's tasks include handling personnel matters, scheduling, ordering, invoicing, care follow-up, attending meetings, and continuing collaboration with neighboring clinics. Qualifications We are looking for a candidate who: - Is trained as a dental nurse, dental hygienist, or has other relevant education - Has experience working in Folktandvården or similar healthcare organization - Has good knowledge and experience working with the Office package and T4 Previous experience in a leadership role as a clinic coordinator is an advantage. We appreciate candidates who are structured, have good communication skills, and contribute to cooperation and collaboration. The clinic coordinator role requires being attentive and responsible, maintaining composure in complex situations. The coordinator is expected to be active in leading and developing the operation, which means having a holistic view, being creative, and seeing opportunities. Interviews are planned for December 1st and 8th at the clinic. Folktandvården will conduct a check in the Police's suspicion and criminal record register before employment decision.
