Our clinic has 8 treatment rooms and 19 skilled employees of varying ages, and the clinic has been newly renovated for 9 years. We have over 10,000 patients, nearly half of whom are children and young adults, while the remaining portion consists of adults. Please read more about our opening hours and how to find us: Folktandvården Lindome - Folktandvården About the Job As a clinic coordinator, you will be the management support for the clinic manager and be part of the clinic management team, which means you will represent the employer. You should, with natural integrity and loyalty, support the clinic manager in leading and developing the operations and actively work towards achieving goals in accordance with the clinic contract and other governing documents. Examples of Responsibilities: - Manage staffing issues, appointment scheduling, and Heroma reporting. - Be responsible for scheduling and managing absenteeism. - Actively support the clinic manager in change management, operations, personnel, and finance. - Exercise daily operational leadership. - Participate in the introduction and development of employees and students. - Contribute to systematic occupational health and safety work. - Contribute to the development of the operations by actively participating in the clinic's improvement work. - Support the implementation and follow-up of various projects and systems. - Continue collaboration with nearby clinics to promote common goals. Qualifications We want you, as an applicant, to have: - Education as a dental nurse, dental hygienist, or other relevant qualifications. - Experience from working within Folktandvården or similar healthcare organizations. - A structured approach and good organizational skills. - Strong communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. - A commitment to collaboration, cooperation, and creating a safe and developing work environment. - The ability to create norms based on the organization's values. - The ability to handle changing circumstances, new demands, and unexpected situations with a solution-oriented approach.
