You have several years of experience in dental care. We prefer candidates with management and leadership experience. It is an advantage if you have some form of leadership training, preferably in developmental leadership, as well as experience in workplace environment and budget management. To succeed in this role, it is also beneficial to have experience leading development and improvement work, as well as patient safety initiatives. Our work is guided by documents that are often in Swedish, so you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good IT skills are also necessary to succeed in this role. As a person, you are secure, stable, and possess good self-awareness. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly. You have a strong ability to see the big picture and make correct assessments and priorities, showing good judgment in statements, actions, and decisions.
