As a manager and leader, you will be responsible for personnel and financial matters, development/change work, as well as operational planning and follow-up. As a clinic manager, you will drive the clinic according to the goals and shared values of Public Dental Care together with your colleagues. **About the Workplace** Public Dental Care Västmanland AB is wholly owned by Region Västmanland, with general dental clinics in all municipalities of the county and collaboration with Specialist Dental Care located within Västmanlands Sjukhus Västerås. We are a clinic with good accessibility and flexible working hours – two days a week we work from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and three days a week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You have several years of experience in dental care. We prefer candidates with management and leadership experience. It is an advantage if you have some form of leadership training, preferably in developmental leadership, as well as experience in workplace environment and budget management. To succeed in this role, it is also beneficial to have experience leading development and improvement work, as well as patient safety initiatives. Our work is guided by documents that are often in Swedish, so you need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. Good IT skills are also necessary to succeed in this role. As a person, you are secure, stable, and possess good self-awareness. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly. You have a strong ability to see the big picture and make correct assessments and priorities, showing good judgment in statements, actions, and decisions. Your leadership is inclusive, engaging, and trust-based, promoting a non-prestigious and development-driven organization.
