About the school
Turebergsskolan is centrally located near Sollentuna center. Currently, approximately 250 students in grades F-9 attend the school. We are the small school with big opportunities! The school is staffed by a dedicated and competent team. Turebergsskolan is a multicultural school with good academic results. There is a very positive atmosphere and a strong culture of sharing at the school. The school is led by a principal and assistant principals.
Turebergsskolan has a well-functioning values-based approach and is actively working to create an accessible school for every student who attends. The school has a well-developed student health program, supported by lead teachers and special education staff.
Job Responsibilities
Turebergsskolan in Sollentuna municipality is now seeking a classroom teacher for grade 5 with broad qualifications in theoretical subjects. This position is a maternity leave cover from February to December 2026. You will teach all theoretical subjects in the grade. The class currently consists of about 15 students, and your role includes mentorship. Our classes are small, and we operate with a single parallel structure.

Qualifications
You are a qualified teacher authorized to teach in grade 5. You have a good understanding of meeting children's diverse needs, possess strong organizational skills, and are familiar with digital teaching materials/compensatory aids. You work with a positive approach and have the ability to create a good working atmosphere among both students and colleagues. Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset.
You are a clear leader with structure and strong pedagogical skills in teaching. You can adapt instruction based on each student's unique circumstances.
