Location Stockholm Job Responsibilities You will be responsible for nursing and health care interventions in the facilities. Your tasks may include: • Assessments and follow-ups of patients. • Medication management and delegations. • Documentation and coordination with other staff. • Advice and support to care personnel. • Emergency interventions as needed. Qualifications Nursing degree with at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably recent, with good references. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Nurses who can work for an extended period are prioritized, but shorter assignments are also of interest.
