**About the Role**
As an Embedded Engineer, you will work on the development, simulation, and verification of embedded systems in vehicles. You will be part of a team that develops software for test automation and simulation in the client’s advanced internal tools used to simulate and test vehicle functions before they hit the road.
Here, you will combine programming in C with work in simulation and testing environments where you will see how your ideas translate into practical solutions. You will work closely with engineers in electronics, software, and systems integration, contributing to ensuring quality and functionality in systems such as cameras, radar, and Active Safety.
**Your Main Responsibilities**
In this role, you will:
• Develop and test software in C for embedded systems.
• Work within and further develop testing and simulation systems used in development and production.
• Participate in the verification and troubleshooting of functions before they are implemented in vehicles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in electronics, software, and systems integration.
**About You**
We are looking for a recent graduate or someone about to graduate who wants to start their career in a technical and development-intensive environment. You have a strong interest in technology, are curious, structured, and enjoy working practically with programming and testing.
We believe you have:
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of C programming and understanding of embedded systems.
• Interest in simulation, testing environments, or vehicle electronics.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Experience with Python, Matlab/Simulink, or test automation tools is a plus but not a requirement.
