We seek individuals who want to be challenged, develop, work hard, and above all, have fun at work. **Key Account Manager for a Rapidly Growing Media House** We are looking for a Key Account Manager who will take responsibility for both existing contractual clients and develop relationships with new potential clients. **About the Role** You will be a central part of a sales organization that consists not only of salespeople but also includes marketers, strategists, project managers, business developers, and ad ops, all working together with you towards your goals. We are a high-performing team, and the role entails significant personal responsibility. Your drive and approach to tackling challenges are crucial to your success. **Responsibilities** Your focus will be on creating long-term partnerships with new and existing clients. It is essential that you have experience in native advertising and/or branded content. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts as well as creating new ones. You will have your own budget responsibility against set goals. Your focus is to work directly with our clients/marketing managers, as well as maintain daily contact with media, advertising, and PR agencies. Packaging, presentations, and quoting media solutions, creative concepts, and campaigns will be a significant part of your work. You will work with all of the company's sites and platforms (display, video, motion, and social) and will operate both individually and as part of a team. **We are looking for someone who:** - Has a comprehensive understanding of market communication - Wants to work as a strategic partner to our clients - Is eager to develop within digital communication and marketing - Wants to work creatively and tailor concepts and campaigns to clients - Is driven by the desire to make good business deals **Responsibilities & Your Experience** - Manage and develop existing client relationships and seek out and establish new contacts. - We are looking for someone who has worked in media sales for a few years. - You are accustomed to discussing media solutions. - As a person, you are goal-oriented to your fingertips. - You think commercially but are also long-term and secure in your role. - You love being out with clients, where you consultatively and business-mindedly drive the dialogue towards how they can best leverage our services.
