We always strive to work closely together, despite distance, with an open and highly engaged approach. The group is led by Sales Manager Erik Olsson Mörk. His leadership is described as attentive, transparent, and clear, with great freedom within defined areas of responsibility. For him, it's important that work is characterized by commitment, development, and personal accountability. Your Role Your main focus will be driving and developing strategic customers and prospects in their digitalization journey. You will have individual sales responsibility for your customers and ensure they develop according to set goals. Some key responsibilities in your role as a Key Account Manager at Nordlo include: - Actively working with selected prospects - Focus on increasing turnover and profitability for existing customers - Driving customers towards selected business areas such as IT Security and Operations - Responsible for long-term planning, implementation, and forecasting for selected customers - Responsible for continuously updating customers about Nordlo's service portfolio and news - Responsible for being the leading communicator towards the customer, delivery side, and Finance/Back Office - Responsible for clearly communicating and conveying customer needs to the right internal instances - Responsible for contract management and compliance Customer trust is important to us, and we consider it self-evident that you work actively to maintain and strengthen trust through good communication and humility. You Are We're seeking a social and extremely driven person with experience in service sales and individual customer responsibility within IT. As a person, you are structured, positive, proactive, and enjoy teamwork while being self-motivated. You are solution and results-oriented and passionate about streamlining and developing processes that elevate companies. You thrive in a high-paced environment, have strong drive, and a desire to develop and create change. Since much time is spent with customers, high social competence and excellent collaboration skills are required, while also being capable of independent work. You have strong business acumen, customer focus, and are passionate about providing the best possible service. We prefer candidates who have worked as a Key Account Manager in the IT industry for several years. You should have well-documented education or other documented experience in the field.
