About the Role
As Key Account Manager at Konica Minolta, you will have a strategic and business-close assignment where you are responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most significant partners. You will combine solid business expertise with strong personal drive and a passion for creating results with the goal of increasing growth and profitability.
You drive the entire business from strategy to closure and follow up on key metrics such as turnover, contribution margin, and volumes. The role requires initiative, business focus, and a strong relationship drive. Our partners are located throughout the country.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Manage your own sales budget within assigned partner accounts.
• Develop strong collaborations with new and existing partners.
• Identify growth opportunities and drive business development together with partners.
• Collaborate internally to ensure profitable and sustainable business.
• Actively work with CRM and reporting of sales results, forecasts, and pipeline.
• Contribute to the overall business strategy and development of Konica Minolta's offerings.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
• At least 5 years of sales experience in B2B, preferably in Tech or IT industries.
• Documented experience in building and developing successful customer and partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills and good ability to negotiate and create trust.
• Business acumen, strategic understanding, and a solution-oriented approach.
• Good computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
