About the Key Account Manager Role
As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of a team currently consisting of eight people. Together with the sales team, you will play a crucial role in continuing to build, drive, and develop relationships with new and existing customers. You will have full responsibility for the business, including driving the entire sales process from quotation to signed agreement. You will be a central part of an exciting sales team and report directly to the company's Sales Manager.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
• Actively work to maintain and process new and existing business opportunities
• Drive improvement and development of the sales process
• Comprehensive responsibility for a broad customer portfolio
• Educate customers on Aprilice's product range
• Create sales targets and ensure proper conditions to achieve set goals
• Represent the company at trade fairs and conduct presentations of new products at customer events
Your Qualifications:
To succeed in the KAM role, you are unpretentious, service-oriented, and curious in your approach. You are driven by working in a sales role where customer experience is at the center.
You are result-oriented and thrive in an environment characterized by occasional high tempo, with the common goal of finding the best solution for both customer and organization. Additionally, you are a team player motivated by building, managing, and developing relationships.
Important Requirements:
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solar cells or other technical fields
• A valid B driver's license is required due to occasional travel for work
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and fluent communication in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Experience working in a growth company and having full business responsibility
• Post-secondary education is meritorious
• Experience with Hubspot is meritorious
