Who are we looking for? We are seeking someone with a commercial background in FMCG, chemicals, hygiene, cleaning, or related industries who wants to combine new sales with long-term customer development within both Private Label and an established brand. Requirements and qualifications: • Documented experience as a KAM/salesperson/business developer with a strong results focus. • Experience with Private Label and/or sales of established brands. • Good understanding of retail, wholesale, and/or professional markets (B2B). • Familiarity with driving business from prospecting and quoting to contracts, delivery, and follow-up. • B driver's license and travel experience. • Fluent Swedish and good English in both speech and writing. You are relationship-oriented, structured, and curious – a business-driven person who thinks long-term, builds trust, and enjoys creating momentum in business. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the right solution to each customer. What does the role entail? As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding the business in Mälardalen/Stockholm – with a dual focus: winning and developing Private Label customers as well as driving sales for a well-known Swedish brand in laundry, dishwashing, cleaning, and hygiene. You will work from home and independently plan your customer visits while closely collaborating with product development, marketing, and production to create competitive offers with tasks that include: • Active prospecting and new customer acquisition within Private Label and the brand. • Responsibility for selected key customers – from needs analysis and solution proposals to quotes, negotiations, and contracts. • Ongoing category and business analysis: market, competitors, margins, and pricing. • Close collaboration with internal teams for product development, adaptations, and launches. • Representing the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, and industry events. This is a direct recruitment with an immediate start or as agreed, with an initial probationary period. Working hours: Weekdays 08:00–17:00, with the location in Stockholm and Mälardalen, and travel occurs on a weekly basis.
