About Us Founded in 1993, Polysonic is an established Scandinavian distributor of audio equipment for gaming, podcasting, streaming, and musical instruments. We operate in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark, with our Swedish team based at the headquarters in Mölndal, where our warehouse is also located. 12 of our total 16 employees work here. We are in an exciting growth phase and are now seeking someone who wants to help build on our success. Our market offering consists of attractive products in audio, tech, and music, with leading brands in their respective niches. We are now seeking a Key Account Manager who wants to work closely with the business and be where decisions are made, in a company with a high tempo and short decision paths. About the Role As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for growth and profitability among selected key customers in consumer electronics and photo specialty retail. You will actively work with sales planning, campaigns, launches, pricing, and commercial follow-up, in close collaboration with suppliers and the internal sales team. The role is both operational and strategic - you plan, drive, and follow up the entire chain from idea to result. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO. Who Are You? We are seeking someone with experience in business related to the CE segment (consumer electronics / retail / chain trade / distribution) - either as a sales representative, KAM, business developer, purchaser, or category/vendor manager. The important thing is that you understand how business works in this environment and can take ownership of relationships, volume, and impact. Previous negotiation experience is a given.
