About this role

**About the Position** The assignment involves being responsible for driving the listing of new products with leading retail and convenience chains in Europe. The role is central to the company's growth strategy and requires a solid understanding of how large chains operate with assortment, purchasing, launch processes, and category development. **Nordic Pouch Offers:** * A strategically important role in a company with a strong expansion agenda across Europe. * Direct impact on the company's commercial results. * Opportunity to shape new markets, chain cooperations, and long-term partnerships. * An entrepreneurial culture, fast decision-making processes, and a clear performance culture. **What the Role Entails** **Main Responsibilities:** * Identify and engage with European chains in convenience, grocery retail, and specialized retail. * Drive the entire listing process: prospecting, initial contact, negotiation, pricing structure, launch plan, and follow-up. * Ensure optimal commercial terms: listing fees, promotional plans, activations, volume targets, and pricing architecture. * Build long-term relationships with category managers and purchasing directors. * Collaborate closely with product teams, marketing organization, and logistics to ensure scalable launches across multiple markets. * Analyze competition, market data, and chain-specific requirements to enhance the likelihood of listing and sales impact. **Qualifications** * Documented experience in getting products listed with major European chains. * Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience working towards KPIs and growth targets. * Good understanding of European retail structures, category management, and launch processes. * Ability to represent a rapidly growing company in dialogue with large chain corporations. * High work capacity, structure, and ability to manage multiple parallel processes. * Professional level of English; additional European languages are advantageous. **Employment** The entire recruitment process is managed by Nordiska Bemanningsgruppen, but the employment will be directly with Nordic Pouch. The position starts with a six-month probationary period, with the ambition of a permanent employment contract.
