Randstad is now seeking, on behalf of our client AstraZeneca, an engaged and relationship-building Key Account Manager (KAM) for an exciting 50% consultant assignment located in Stockholm.
This is a perfect opportunity for those seeking a flexible part-time assignment where you will be a key person in an important initiative for a global and well-known company. The assignment is planned to start in December and continue until 2026-06-30.
Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be a central part of the work to market a new product and strengthen AstraZeneca's presence in primary care in your region. Your main task will be to proactively book and conduct meetings, primarily lunch meetings, with healthcare personnel at medical centers. The goal is to conduct approximately 3-4 lunch meetings per week.
The assignment is 50% and work time is distributed over four days per week, approximately 4 hours per workday. Your schedule will be flexible and determined by when your meetings take place, which provides you with great flexibility.
Qualifications
To be successful in the role, the following is required:
• Academic degree in business, economics, or relevant healthcare discipline.
• Either an LIF certification or licensed healthcare background (e.g., doctor, nurse, pharmacist, dentist).
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written.
• B driver's license and access to a car.
Meritorious Experience:
• Previous sales experience, preferably specifically within primary care.
• Experience from pharmaceutical or medical technology industry.
• Good ability to understand, assimilate, and communicate scientific information and health data.
