Your role as Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager at Vinnergi, you will have overall responsibility for some of our most strategically important clients and serve as the hub in the collaboration between the client and Vinnergi's organization. Your primary task is to develop long-term, trust-based relationships where you deeply understand the client's operations, goals, and challenges. By being close to the client, both in day-to-day interactions and in the long-term strategic perspective, you ensure that our solutions create real value and that the collaboration continuously evolves.
In this role, you will work both operationally and strategically. You will drive client dialogues, participate in planning and prioritization, and ensure that our deliveries meet agreements, SLAs, and client expectations. By coordinating internal teams, you maintain the overall coherence and ensure that skills, resources, and processes are clear and tailored to the client's needs. When issues arise, whether related to quality, capacity, or changing requirements, you will be the one to manage communication and lead the work towards a solution.
A central part of the role is to build and lead internal customer teams. You will gather the right competencies from different parts of Vinnergi and create a common working method where technology, business, and delivery are interconnected. You are responsible for ensuring that the team works in the same direction, follows the client's long-term development, and together develops new solutions. You are a key person in creating structure, clarity, and trust – both for the client and for colleagues working on the assignments.
You will also be responsible for the commercial development of your clients. This means identifying new opportunities, preparing proposals and quotes, and driving business that contributes to both the client's and Vinnergi's growth. Through regular analyses of profitability, volumes, risks, and potential, you ensure that the business is sound and sustainable. You will work proactively with strategies, improvements, and development initiatives that strengthen collaboration over time, and you will lead annual or periodic client reviews where you jointly evaluate the current situation and formulate future directions.
The role also places high demands on internal collaboration, as you will work closely with the entire Vinnergi group. Whether it involves competencies in energy, telecom, real estate, or industry, you will create internal contact points that ensure the client is met with the right expertise at the right time.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in service sales or who has previously worked as a Key Account Manager. You have a background in a technology-intensive or industrial sector and are comfortable navigating technical contexts. If you also have experience in the energy, power, or electricity grid segments, we consider that an advantage.
To succeed in this role, you need to be relationship-oriented, communicative, and business-minded while also being structured and analytical. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you act as a link between the client's world and Vinnergi's internal competencies. You easily build trust, both internally and externally, and are driven by seeing both the client and Vinnergi succeed together. The role requires you to take initiative, be confident in negotiations, and maintain focus on both the details of day-to-day operations and the larger strategic picture. You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
