ReadSpeaker is growing – and we are now looking for a Key Account Manager who wants to take on a key role in our Nordic sales team with a focus on Education.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and pedagogy, loves meeting people at fairs and events, and has a natural sense of service, structure, and consultative sales.
**About the Role**
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, nurturing, and growing our customer relationships within the education sector in the Nordic region. You will primarily work with municipalities, schools, educational companies, and other stakeholders involved in accessibility and learning.
You will also play an important role in launching new products and represent ReadSpeaker at fairs and events, where you will explain why accessibility is important and how ReadSpeaker makes a difference in students' daily lives.
This is a role where you will shine on stage while also driving business in the CRM system. You will initially manage 50–100 customers and work closely with our colleagues in the Nordics, EMEA, and globally.
A thorough onboarding process awaits you – and you will also accompany our experienced salespeople on your first customer meetings and fairs. The sales team consists, in addition to this position, of two KAMs and a sales administrator.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving consultative B2B sales within the focus area of Education.
- Developing existing customers and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Conducting customer meetings – both digitally and in person.
- Attending educational fairs and events (2–3 per half-year).
- Following up on contracts, renewals, and administration related to your customers.
- Working in CRM and contributing to good order and structure in the sales process.

- Has experience in B2B sales.
- Is curious, comfortable in dialogue with customers, and enjoys understanding the customer's "why."
- Has an interest in user experiences and accessibility.
- Is structured and thrives in an organized environment.
- Is social and technically curious.
**To succeed in this role, you need:**
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Good computer skills.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is also advantageous if you have:
- Experience from the education sector or edtech.
- Experience with accessibility products or working closely with end-users.
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Finnish or another Nordic language.
- Completed an IT-focused education.
