About the Company Silver Weibull is a mechanical workshop located in Hässleholm, Skåne, specializing in mechanical manufacturing such as welding in both black and stainless steel, machining including carousel turning, turning, reaming, milling, and assembly. Through our nearby partners, we can also offer both heat and surface treatment. We are certified in quality ISO 9001:2015, environment ISO 14001:2015, and welding ISO 3834-2:2005. Our welders are qualified according to EN ISO 9606-1. Additionally, we are certified in EN 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011 and 15085-2. Our facilities are centrally located in the Läreda industrial area of Hässleholm. We are now looking for a carousel turner with programming skills for our workshop in Hässleholm! In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal. Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include setup, operation, and programming of CNC-controlled carousel lathes. The components to be processed are large constructions, both black and stainless steel. This includes everything from single pieces to series of about ten items, and the programming languages used are Heidenhain, Siemens, and Fanuc. Your Background/Qualities We are looking for someone with experience in programming and operating CNC-controlled machines. Ideally, you have previously processed larger objects where the run times can extend over many hours. You should enjoy taking responsibility and see the challenge in transforming raw materials into finished products efficiently. Since product series are often short and the operator takes full responsibility for the entire manufacturing process, it is important that you are skilled in reading technical drawings and can organize your work independently. Knowledge of programming is highly advantageous! Information and Contact The position is full-time, with initial daytime hours transitioning to a two-shift schedule.
