About the Role
As a capital manager at Söderberg & Partners, you will have a business-driven role focused on creating value for both clients and the organization. You will work independently but in close collaboration with colleagues and specialists to develop our asset management in the market.
You will engage with affluent individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners, providing qualified advice in asset management, investments, and comprehensive solutions. The focus is on understanding the client’s needs, building trust, and creating long-term relationships.

About You
To succeed in the role of Capital Manager, you have experience in qualified advisory within the capital or investment field and an established network with an active client base. You thrive with significant personal responsibility, are driven by business, and possess the ability to create long-term relationships built on trust and quality. You are business-oriented, confident, and trustworthy—a self-sufficient advisor who also values collaboration and knowledge sharing. With your engagement, curiosity, and desire to develop, you contribute to both the client’s and the company’s success.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience in qualified advisory within investments, asset management, or Private Banking and holds a SwedSec license. You have an established network and a developed client base in your area and enjoy a role where analysis, structure, and results are in focus.
