Job Description As a press brake operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to manufacture products according to drawings and specifications for our client. You will monitor production, ensure the quality of the finished material, and perform maintenance and minor repairs on the machines as needed. You will also work closely with production management to optimize production processes and help maintain a safe and efficient working environment. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 15:30 or 07:00 to 16:00. The assignment is for 6 months with the possibility of extension. Qualifications Formal Competence We are looking for someone with good workshop experience and a background in press braking within the manufacturing industry. You should have a relevant technical education, such as in industrial technology or mechanics. It is also important that you have the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and an understanding of material properties. You should possess good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently under time pressure. Experience with CNC machines is a requirement. Meritorious It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with Amada press brakes. Knowledge of CAD software and experience with quality control processes are also valuable. If you have completed courses in advanced CNC programming or specialized in a specific material, that would be beneficial.
