The clinic has 32 employees, with a team consisting of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and administrative staff. The operation focuses on development and is conducted within the framework of Care Choice. About the Position As an administrative staff member, you are the face of the organization towards our patients, welcoming them with excellent service and the best possible reception. In this role, you will support 12 smaller units with tasks such as cashier duties, invoicing, phone service, and scheduling appointments, as well as other administrative tasks including referral management, material/goods ordering, and schedule planning. You will be the contact person for our reception and responsible for ensuring that cash handling routines and application guidelines are followed. We work in the Asynja Visph journal system. You will work independently but need good collaboration skills, flexibility, and the ability to see opportunities. You will collaborate with all professional groups at both the health center and Rehab, maintaining daily contact. About You You have at least a 3-year high school education with experience working in reception and/or primary care. You have excellent Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written, and good knowledge and interest in digitalization. Knowledge of Asynja Visph is considered meritorious. We are seeking someone who enjoys meeting people and sees patient contact as the most important task. As a person, you are communicative, have good collaborative abilities, and can work independently. You enjoy variation in work and can easily switch between different tasks.
