Luleå Motorsällskap (LMS) has been operating since 1947 and has a strong commitment to motorsports in Norrbotten.
We have two main facilities:
• Kallax (Lulviksvägen) – home to our radio-controlled car racing and karting tracks.

• Näverberget – where rallycross, folkrace, enduro, and motocross are conducted.
The club has many members and engages both youth and adults in various motor activities.
🏢 We Are Seeking an Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an independent and service-oriented administrative assistant for our office at Maskinvägen 27 (Sports House) in Luleå.

Work Responsibilities
1️⃣ Administration and Member Services
• Manage member register and contact information
•
• Invoice membership and training fees
•
• Book track inspections
•
• Respond to emails and phone calls from members and the public
•
• Send newsletters and disseminate information (e.g., from Svemo about changes and training)
2️⃣ Finance and Accounting
• Basic bookkeeping and ongoing accounting
•
• Pay invoices and manage receipts
•
• Pay insurance
•
• Assist with budget work and financial reports
•
• Apply for grants and handle reporting to municipality and association
3️⃣ Support for Board and Leaders
• Prepare meeting documents, minutes, and invitations
•
• Coordinate with coaches and leaders regarding activities
•
• Help plan competitions, camps, and events
•
• Responsible for purchasing consumables (e.g., coffee, hamburgers, cleaning supplies)
4️⃣ Communication and Marketing
• Update association's website and social media
•
• Design simple information and marketing materials
•
• Serve as the external contact person for the association
5️⃣ Other
• Be a "spider in the web" of daily operations
•
• Manage keys, cash register, materials, and local bookings
•
• Collaborate with external actors (municipality, associations, etc.)
✳️ We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is meticulous, structured, and accustomed to taking responsibility
•
• Has good communication skills, both verbal and written
•
• Has experience in administration, finance, or association work
•
• Enjoys a role with many contact points and varied tasks
•
• Has basic IT skills (Office, email, social media)
Experience in non-profit work or motorsports is meritorious but not required.
