Administrative Head of Service and Security at Administrative Court of Appeal in Stockholm
The Administrative Court of Appeal in Stockholm is the largest of Sweden's administrative courts and serves as the migration court of appeal. The court has approximately 200 employees, of which 140 are lawyers and around 50 are presiding judges. The organization consists of four judicial divisions, a case administrative division, and an administrative unit.
The Court of Appeal continuously develops its working methods to meet citizens' requirements for legal certainty, efficiency, transparency, and accessibility.
The Court of Appeal actively works towards a sustainable and flexible work environment and safeguards employee well-being through a wide range of activities related to work environment and health. The court is beautifully and centrally located on Riddarholmen in Stockholm.

Job Responsibilities/Areas of Responsibility
The administrative unit is responsible for overall administrative tasks, service, and security matters at the court. The unit supports the court's management and is responsible for comprehensive development work, operational planning, and follow-up. The service function, part of the administrative unit, provides service to court divisions and the public. The service function currently comprises 12 employees working in IT, security, reception, maintenance, and library.
As Head of Service and Security, you are responsible for planning, leading, and coordinating work at the service function and ensuring excellent service both internally and to parties, the public, and other stakeholders. In addition to personnel management for service function employees, you will participate in court operational planning, budget processes, and work environment efforts. You are responsible for managing and following up activities within your areas of responsibility.
As Security Manager, you have a comprehensive and strategic responsibility for the court's security work, including physical security, employee protection, and information security.
The role also includes responsibility for property and facility issues, procurement, and tendering. Much of the work involves collaboration with the Courts Administration, property owners, suppliers, and contractors across all operational areas, as well as courts on Riddarholmen and in Gamla stan.
You will report to the Court Secretary and be part of their management group.
Qualifications
You as the applicant have:
• Relevant academic education
• Experience working with internal service and security matters
• High IT and technical competence
• Substantial experience in management, preferably from public sector
• Basic knowledge of property technical issues
• Excellent ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
