Your responsibilities You will, together with the team: • Identify and win business with paper mills and the forestry industry, including the management of side streams such as lime, fiber, bark, and sludge, etc. • Build and maintain customer relationships with larger industrial clients, understand their process and flow structure, and drive business development. • Participate in procurement and negotiation processes, as well as drive your own negotiations and closures. • Collaborate closely with internal functions for logistics, environment, etc., as well as finance to ensure profitability and feasibility. • Report activities and key performance indicators, follow up on results, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. Worth noting The position involves regular travel and approximately one overnight stay every other week. You will have access to an office location in Karlstad or Uppsala but can reside in another location within the nearby region. The work requires frequent contact with customers and colleagues – digitally, on-site, and at customer locations. Our expectations We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a commercial role, such as purchasing or sales, preferably related to the forestry industry or larger industrial customers. You are self-assured and accustomed to operational environments where structure, long-term thinking, and good relationships are crucial. You have negotiation experience, enjoy driving business from idea to closure, and see opportunities in various types of material flows. Your experience enables you to quickly understand complex processes and find a way forward, even when business takes time. An established network within the industry is a clear advantage. A driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish are required for the position. Interested?
