We prepare food rooted in Swedish home cooking, combined with modern flavors, seasonal ingredients, and sustainability in focus. About the Role As a cold buffet chef/cook, you will work both independently and together with colleagues in the kitchen team. You will prepare and cook appetizers, main courses, desserts, buffets, and baked goods – ranging from classic home-style cooking to creative menus for à la carte, spa, and conference guests. You will contribute energy, structure, and good collaboration in the kitchen. Here, you'll have the opportunity to develop menus, test new ideas, and grow together with the team. We Are Looking for Someone Who – Has experience working in restaurant kitchens or similar – Has a genuine interest in food, ingredients, and flavors – Is detail-oriented, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment – Enjoys collaboration and spreads positive energy – Wants to be part of a team that values quality and care Culinary/restaurant education is meritorious but not required. You need to be able to communicate fluently in Swedish or English.
