As a cold kitchen chef/cook with us, you will work broadly in the kitchen with responsibility for:
• Preparation and plating of appetizers and cold dishes
• Production of desserts, pastries, and simple bread
• Ability to step in on the hot side when needed – cooking meat, fish, and vegetarian dishes
• Mise en place for evening service and conferences
• Contributing to a positive, efficient, and quality-conscious work environment
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience from restaurant or hotel kitchens
• Is passionate about desserts, baking, and creative cooking
• Is confident in both cold and hot kitchens
• Is self-driven, meticulous, and solution-oriented
