We are now seeking a Calculation Engineer who wants to take the next step in their career and become a key person in our group located in Kungälv with their concrete expertise.
About the Role:
As a Calculation Engineer with us, you will play a central role in the calculation process – from inquiry documentation to completed tender. You will work closely with our customers, create new business opportunities, and support the organization in calculation and cost-related matters. Most of our projects to be calculated are directed towards various industries along the west coast, and we also have projects spanning Västra Götaland and Värmland, which provides you with a broad and developing workday. Location is Kungälv or Kållered.
Example Tasks:
• Prepare tender, contract, and production calculations
• Document and follow up on projects
• Support projects with technical questions during startup meetings
• Assist site managers with technical and economic issues
• Meet customers on-site for review
Your Profile:
We are looking for someone who is analytical, structured, and has a business-oriented approach. You enjoy problem-solving, have strong numerical skills, and like building relationships.
Requirements:
• Technical or economic education (Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent)
• 3 years of experience in calculation work for construction projects
• Experience calculating concrete contracts related to ground and water/sewage work
• Knowledge of calculation software (MAP or similar) and planning software (Power Projekt or similar)
• Class B driver's license
Meriting:
• Experience as a contract engineer
• Concrete class II
