About the Role
As an estimator at Täta Tak, you will be a key player in our continued development. You will be responsible for creating accurate, competitive cost estimates and quotes for our projects, particularly in connection with public procurements, commercial clients, and homeowners’ associations. You will work closely with project management, site managers, and leadership – and you are accustomed to independently planning, prioritizing, and delivering results.
Examples of Responsibilities:
- Develop cost estimates and quotes for roofing contracts
- Analyze tender documents and drawings
- Manage and compile documentation for public procurements
- Monitor material costs and subcontractors
- Support project managers in project initiation and financial follow-up
- Contribute technical knowledge and suggestions for improvement
We believe you are:

- Self-assured and accustomed to making your own decisions
- Experienced in the construction, roofing, or contracting industry, preferably with a background in estimating or procurement. Experience in project management is also of interest.
- Structured, meticulous, and commercially minded
- Comfortable in an environment with short decision-making processes and clear responsibilities
