Estimator for Construction

Who are you? To fit the role of estimator, you need to have previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in a production role as a site manager or foreman, although this is not a requirement. As an estimator/bid engineer, you will be involved in the initial phase. Your responsibilities include responding to incoming inquiries, preparing complete and finalized bids based on the conditions of each request, collaborating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues, among other tasks. As an estimator, you have a business mindset and can identify cost-effective solutions for the various bids you will submit. Furthermore, you are communicative and structured in your work. We are looking for someone who: • Has at least five years of documented experience in the role of estimator within earthworks, construction, and/or infrastructure or a similar role • Holds relevant education or equivalent experience in the industry • Has experience calculating both public and/or private procurement • Possesses good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Has strong skills in MS Excel • Holds a valid driver's license (B category) Employment Type: Project Employment Permanent Employment Subcontractor We offer you: A secure employment where you have an engaged consultant manager, development discussions, and wellness benefits, among other things.
