Your new job Bravida's department in Örebro consists of three branches today: Ventilation, Service, External Contracting, and Internal Contracting. We are looking for an Estimator in Ventilation who will belong to the Ventilation branch in Örebro. Here is your chance to become an important part of Bravida, where you, as an Estimator, will be the brain behind our successful projects in installation and service. You will be responsible for the estimation work within ventilation. You will work closely with the branch manager and the project managers. The job entails independently managing complete estimates from tender documentation to finished bid proposals. You will also participate in project planning and create post-estimates. From the first sketch to the final bid proposal, you will leave your mark on every detail. Your main responsibilities include, among others: • Establish a solid foundation for profitable projects. • Analyze tender documents to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring an accurate project budget. • Negotiate contracts and participate in the bidding process. • Support project managers with purchasing and forecasting tasks. • Contribute to our strategic growth. Here, you will become part of an expanding and well-functioning operation. You will have the opportunity to drive the development of estimation work and purchasing, creating the perfect conditions for successful businesses and projects. The position is located in Örebro, and you will report to the Branch Manager EL. We are looking for someone who • Has previously worked with estimation and has a few years of experience. • Has a good understanding of project economics and construction law. • Has experience working with Wikeels & Lube. • Holds a valid B driver's license. • Has a clean criminal record. • Speaks and reads Swedish fluently. Previous experience as a Ventilation Technician, Project Manager, or Construction Engineer is advantageous. As a person, you are comfortable with business solutions and are self-sufficient in your working method. You are well-organized and precise. Additionally, you are engaged, cooperative, and trustworthy. You thrive on working in a structured way and are persistent; equally important is your relationship-oriented nature. You possess business acumen and can think strategically when prioritizing which jobs are most profitable and attractive for Bravida to pursue. Since we primarily work with general contracting, it is essential that you have technical competence in electrical work but also an understanding of plumbing and ventilation.
