We are currently seeking several dedicated employees to perform vital work for our pharmaceutical client in Södertälje. You will be part of the manufacturing and production process. Your main responsibilities
Assemble and inspect medical technology products according to specifications and quality requirements. Participate in improvement initiatives and efforts to ensure quality. You will work to maintain a good working environment and adhere to the company's guidelines and regulations. Work in accordance with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and quality standards. Safely operate and maintain machines and equipment. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.

You are accustomed to following work instructions and have the ability to work efficiently to ensure high quality in your work. Requirements:
* High school diploma or relevant work experience (experience in industry and production)
* Excellent proficiency in spoken, written, and reading comprehension of the Swedish language.
* Ability to work all types of shifts.
* Experience in documentation, e.g., deviation reporting, familiarity with working with protocols, recipes, logbooks, or similar (a documentation test will be conducted during the interview).
* Documented good system proficiency, e.g., SAP or equivalent.
Meritorious:
* At least two years of work experience is desirable, preferably within industry and production, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Experience with GMP and LEAN.
