Year-round position with a focus on the summer season
Tofta Beach House is located by the sea on the west coast of Gotland – a destination that attracts guests from near and far to enjoy world-class food, drink, and environment. We are now looking for a head chef who wants to help develop our kitchen and lead the dining experience at Tofta Beach House forward.

As the head chef, you will have the opportunity to put your stamp on the menu and manage the kitchen through both the quieter winter months and the intense summer season.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, menu development, ordering, and leading the kitchen team. You are a present leader who thrives both in the kitchen and in close collaboration with the restaurant's other teams to create a holistic experience for guests.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has solid experience from restaurant kitchens and preferably has previously worked as a head chef or sous chef
• Has a genuine commitment to ingredients, flavors, and gastronomy
• Is confident in planning and leading both staff and production
• Is unpretentious, responsible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
The position is year-round, but the peak workload occurs during the summer season when Tofta Beach House is bustling with life. During the winter, we focus on planning, development, events, and preparations for the next season.
