ABOUT THE POSITION As a kitchen and bathroom designer, you'll become a crucial part of the team in our client's store. You'll meet customers looking to realize their kitchen and bathroom dreams, both private individuals and businesses, guiding them through the entire process. You'll work with drawings, quotes, and material selection, ensuring each solution is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Many of the company's customers have returned for years, meaning relationships and trust are a central part of the work. You'll be a key person in nurturing these relationships and continuing to deliver the high-quality service customers appreciate. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Kitchen and Bathroom Designer, your main tasks will include creating design solutions for various home environments, managing customer interactions in-store, and ensuring smooth order processes from start to finish. * Receive and guide customers in the store * Work on design, drawings, and quote documentation * Provide advice on materials, color choices, and layout plans * Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and installers * Create and maintain strong customer relationships over time WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: - Has good knowledge of designing kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, and wardrobes - Has a strong sense of form, color, and function - Understands and can manage order flows and place orders - Is service-oriented and comfortable in customer interactions - Is meticulous, structured, and detail-oriented - Enjoys working in a small company with a collaborative spirit, close relationships, and plenty of laughter It is advantageous if you have: - Experience working with kitchen or bathroom design in similar companies - Familiarity with drawing and planning software - Experience creating quote documentation and calculations To thrive and succeed in the kitchen designer role, we believe you are social, attentive, and genuinely interested in people.
