Humana is now looking for a lawyer who wants to help people lead better lives and simultaneously have the opportunity to develop in the field of personal assistance under the LSS (Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons) and assistance compensation according to the Social Insurance Code. **About the Position** The role of a lawyer at our company involves qualified legal work as a legal representative for individuals with disabilities. As a legal representative, you will advocate for and assist our clients in dealings with municipalities and the Social Insurance Agency. You will participate in investigations and help our clients appeal incorrect decisions and process cases in court. Daily client contact will be conducted via phone or in person at the client's location. As a lawyer at Humana Assistans, you will be part of a legal department consisting of 20 competent lawyers across the country. This position is a permanent employment that starts with a six-month probationary period. The start date is as soon as possible or as agreed upon. The primary workplace is at our office in Stockholm, but it is also acceptable to work from any of our offices in Gothenburg, Örebro, Lund, or Umeå. **Who You Are** You who are applying have a law degree or equivalent education from a university/college in Sweden, and preferably experience and/or interest in social care and administrative law. Experience in personal assistance or other connections to individuals with disabilities is an advantage. You are driven and self-sufficient. You have the courage to challenge and act independently, while maintaining a strong customer focus, good collaboration skills, and a structured work approach. Since you will be representing individuals in vulnerable situations, we desire that you are warm and empathetic with a positive outlook, and have a knack for making connections and building trust. Significant emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. To succeed as a lawyer with us, it is essential that you are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish.
