Your job and responsibilities We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team with engaged and professional colleagues! With your expertise, you will be a significant support to housing cooperatives and other clients in various real estate law-related matters through advice and as a legal representative. You have good knowledge and the ability to be a reliable point of support in their daily lives, and you always strive to provide a great customer experience. You will work broadly within cooperative and real estate law, dealing with issues related to condominium law, tenancy law, and construction law. Your tasks will include reviewing, drafting, and renegotiating contracts. You will be involved in dispute resolution both in and out of court and in rental boards, as well as preparing legal opinions. Additionally, you will work with financial plans, conduct internal training for our clients, and chair association meetings. We are currently looking for a lawyer for our office in Malmö!
What you have
• You have an academic background with a law degree.
• You have approximately 3 years of professional experience in real estate law and/or construction law.
• Experience from a law firm, rental board, or general court is an advantage.
• Good pedagogical and communicative skills are required.
• You are structured and analytical.
• You are sociable and have a good ability to build relationships.
• You enjoy working independently and are a team player.
