Job Description:
The assignment involves contributing to the work processes driven by the business development department. This includes handling matters and activities arising from both political decisions and the organization's operational plan. The consultant will be part of a team and work in the role of UX researcher.
The work will be performed both independently and in close collaboration with other functions. The primary responsibility is to collect external data and understand customer needs to create well-founded decision support for various issues.
Required Qualifications:
• Documented experience in UX research, including preliminary studies, needs analysis, customer understanding, exploratory work, and developing analyses and insights with clear and balanced compilations for different target groups.
• Ability to work independently and drive work forward.
• Excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong ability to clearly present and communicate results and reasoning, both orally and in writing.
• Experience in sales and customer dialogue within the service sector.
• Experience working closely with product owners, UX, and IT development in an agile development team.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience creating design and prototypes in Figma.
