About the position
We are currently seeking a junior investigator who wants to contribute to the agency’s important mission. We believe this role is suitable for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow within our agency and in the fields of public administration and analytical work.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing templates and documents used in the agency's government assignments.
- Compiling information and creating knowledge bases.
- Supporting the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Proofreading and ensuring the quality of texts and other materials.
- Contributing to the unit's daily work and gaining insights into the agency's processes for government assignments.
You will belong to the unit for assignment support and coordination, which is one of four units within the department for analysis and statistics.
The department for analysis and statistics strengthens the agency’s analytical capabilities and prepares materials that enable the government, the agency, and other stakeholders to make well-informed decisions. The unit for assignment support and coordination manages inquiries from leadership and our client, often with tight deadlines, and coordinates and supports the agency's government assignments.
About you

We are looking for you who have:
- Relevant academic education, for example, in social sciences, law, political science, public health, or equivalent at least at the master's level.
- Experience working with text and documents.
- Experience in administration, report writing, or work in the public sector.
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
It is an advantage for the position if you have:
- Knowledge of or interest in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of or interest in digital information management.

The employment is permanent with a probationary period of six months. Start date as soon as possible or according to agreement. The place of employment is Stockholm or Kalmar. The work may involve business travel, mainly between the two locations.
Employment with us may require placement in a security class. Therefore, we may need to conduct a security review with a background check in accordance with the Security Protection Act (2018:585). For some tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
