Our client, an actor connecting city networks from Stockholm to Oslo, is looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of digital infrastructure. ABOUT THE POSITION
Our client is a specialized service company playing a critical role in national fiber network development. The company's central mission is to support over 150 municipally-owned city networks across Sweden with business support and system administration. They primarily do this by driving and developing a central trading platform/webshop where network companies can efficiently buy and sell fiber connections and capacity. By offering centralized support and administration of key systems, the client frees up valuable resources for smaller and medium-sized city networks lacking their own personnel.
As a System Coordinator, you'll be the spider in the web, responsible for ensuring the system operates optimally from the ground up to business benefit. Your days will consist of hands-on data management and registration in the map-based system, where you'll import and quality assure all potential fiber connection points. Beyond the administrative part, you'll function as a super user and support resource, helping city networks with implementations, conducting training, and answering questions about processes and workflows. The role also requires a holistic view: understanding how the system and business interconnect, which means participating in projects for new implementations and acting as a requirements setter towards system suppliers to ensure the platform remains continuously up-to-date and improved.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has previous experience in an administrative role
- Is detail-oriented with a good ability to see the big picture and improvement potential

- Is fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- Has good understanding of business processes
