Qualifications
Mandatory requirements:
• Relevant higher education or engineering degree (e.g., computer engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar)
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel within Europe
• Previous experience in leadership/responsibility roles - e.g., store manager
The position is classified. Prior to employment, you will need to undergo a security clearance and be approved according to current security protection regulations. Note: This entails a requirement for certain citizenship.
Desirable:

About the role
As a Systems Engineer in integration, you will be part of a dedicated team that works to plan, follow up, and test the integration of various system components. You will:
• Plan and coordinate deliveries from subcontractors and internal teams
• Follow up on documentation and testing, ensuring that the right people review the material
• Support senior technical experts or work closely with the integration lead in the project team
• Familiarize yourself with different systems (e.g., weapon systems, underwater systems) and contribute to problem-solving
• Participate in commissioning and testing, which involves travel within Europe (approximately once a month)
The projects are long-term (5–10 years) and include both new development and upgrades of existing systems. Depending on your background and level of development, you may work as support to experienced system leaders or take on a more independent role within the integration area.
