nimly develops solutions for those who want an easier way to lock and unlock a more secure home. nimly is part of RCO Group, which also includes RCO Security, Din Box, and Swedlock. nimly is an expert in smart locks and wants it to be convenient to leave home while still maintaining control over the door when you're away.
In the role of Junior Sales Representative, your main focus will be to engage with both existing and new customers in the Swedish market. A significant part of your workday will be spent meeting customers, giving you the opportunity to interact with different people and build strong relationships. The role involves extensive travel as you will visit customers across Sweden. Your tasks will align with your personal development and growth, and you will have clearly set goals/KPIs to work towards. RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
* Conduct customer visits and understand their specific needs, wishes, and challenges
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Educate customers about nimly's products
* Manage follow-up and customer care
* Handle sales administration in CRM system on an ongoing basis
* Participate in trade shows and customer-promoting events
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have a high school education
- Hold a B driver's license
- Have a genuine interest in sales and technology
- Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English as these languages will be used daily
It is meritorious if you have
- Previous sales experience involving direct customer interactions
The position involves travel within Sweden, which requires a personal situation that allows for travel, often including overnight stays.
