We are now seeking a Junior Recruitment Coordinator for our team at Impressive Relations! This is the role for you who want to develop skills in both Recruitment and Social Media, in a fast-paced environment where you can combine social media, structure, and contact with potential candidates. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Junior Recruitment Coordinator, you will work broadly and develop in two areas: Recruitment: Coordinate and schedule interviews, have initial contact with candidates, and be responsible for both digital and in-person interviews. Social Media: Be responsible for the company's social media and create engaging content. The key here is to be creative. Coordination: Keep many balls in the air, drive processes forward, and create structure in recruitment flows. WE BELIEVE YOU ARE Structured and experienced in multitasking. A people person who easily builds trust in conversations. Unafraid to make first contact – both with candidates and customers. Social, humble, and curious about personal development. Meticulous and responsible, yet flexible when needed. Previous experience in sales and recruitment is merit – but your personality and attitude are most important.
