About the Role
As a Junior Recruiter, you will become part of our client's recruitment team where you will have the opportunity to work broadly with varying roles within the organization. You will be responsible for all or parts of the recruitment process - from requirements profile and advertising to selection, interviews, and candidate dialogue. The role provides you with a unique chance to develop at a high pace and gain insight into how recruitment works in a larger company.
Your Responsibilities
* Drive and support recruitment processes for various roles within the organization
* Write and publish job advertisements and actively work with search and selection
* Conduct interviews and ensure a professional candidate experience
* Maintain close contact with hiring managers and provide advice on recruitment issues
We Are Looking for Someone Who
* Has a college degree in human resources, service management, or equivalent
* Has 2-3 years of experience working with recruitment, preferably from both internal roles and recruitment agencies
* Is curious, structured, and solution-oriented
* Thrives in a dynamic environment where you can take responsibility and work independently while being a team player
