ABOUT THE POSITION
Akind, the parent company of Academic Work, is seeking a Junior Receptionist. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, starting in December/January as agreed, and is intended to be long-term.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Receptionist, you are the company's face to the outside world – a central and important part of our culture. You create value by meeting everyone with professionalism, helpfulness, and a positive attitude, contributing to a smooth daily operation for our entire organization. You will be a natural point of contact for both internal and external inquiries and contribute to a well-functioning, safe, and pleasant workplace. This is a key role in a team that strives to deliver top-class service and values the motto of "solving everything." Your work creates real value – every day! In addition to staffing the reception, you will also:
* Handle incoming calls at the switchboard
* Order and manage food and breakfast orders
* Handle deliveries, mail, and courier services
* Organize and maintain the reception area
* Administer bookings for SL cards and car keys, along with related administration
* Assist with internal lunches and small events
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed high school
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
- Has work experience in service-oriented roles
It is an advantage if you:
- Have previous work experience in a similar role
- Have knowledge of Google Workspace
